This place is so good! They have different meat to pick and different vegetables! When I went for lunch I added chicken, pork, broccoli, pineapple, zucchini, carrots, onion and sauce teriyaki! This place is all you can eat it's so good. I started with a small plate so I could go back and get more. Even had thirds.! The ice cream was the best!!! Comes free with meal!

I went here for lunch on a weekday with my coworkers. The price is pretty fair for all you can eat Mongolian BBQ. The food tasted good. Our waiter was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.
I just wish our waiter explained to us how to eat Mongolian BBQ, specially for first timers like me. I didn't know what's a good mix, when it comes to the sauces and other stuff. I was basically putting almost anything I saw on the table that looks good, and thankfully it came out good. Lol. -

This place has the worst customer service and soooo rude!! Also, the food is poor quality and limited selection.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOIR TIME AND MONEY HERE. There are so many awesome restaurants on Castro!! -

Hmm... I'm still unsure (and concerned) after my recent visit to this eatery.
A lunch trip with coworkers led us here, and boy was it a trip.
1) This eatery does not boast the foot traffic of the fancy decor of other eateries on Castro St, but I tend to to judge a book by its cover, so we decided to try it out.
2) The shabby interiors (and a swarm of flies at the main door *shocked face emoji*) were overshadowed by my hunger so decided to get started.
3) The food seemed fresh (yes, the meats are frozen, but that's at every Mongolian bbq, so...) LOTS of veggies and sauces to choose from, so my appetite was pleased.
4) I tried switching noodles/rice with bean sprouts, AND I AM A FAN! (thus the two stars)
5) Preparation was fast, and end product was appetizing, but the environment was a let down.
6) As an egg-roll find, theirs were one of my least fav ever.
7) The ice cream machine was best if left untouched.
That being said, the food I got (2 servings) was worth the price, but not a memorable trip overall. -

My husband and our friend enjoyed dinner tonight at New Mongolian BBQ tonight. This was our first visit. We enjoyed a wonderful meal sitting outside on the patio.
Delicious fresh meat, veggies, pasta etc cooked just for us. You can eat as much as you want. Great service, great food.... very good value. We will go back.
